The Xunta incentives targeted towards hiring more than 113 million by 2013, with 24,000 beneficiaries.
The Galician Government incentives targeted towards hiring more than 113 million Euros by the year 2013. The aid ranged between 1,800 and 6,000 euros and will benefit over 6,000 unemployed a year, representing 24,000 beneficiaries until 2013, with hiring "temporary and for the most part undefined."
We now certify the maximum Galician president, Alberto Nunez Feijoo, in his appearance after the Council of the Xunta, where I explain that this call emanates from an agreement concluded in the framework of social dialogue, in which social actors Administration and Covenant of the priority groups to which these incentives should be directed, as well as the types of hire to be promoted.
Under this order, the Galician government will spend more than 27.4 million euros to promote indefinite and temporary hiring firms and a total of 113 in the four years of validity of this line of support.
One of the main novelties of the order of the Department of Welfare and is Traballo and incentives for hiring as an employee "consolidates" into a single call which provides three axes or core programs.
The first one is destined to the promotion of permanent contracts, with aid of between 4,000 and 6,000 euros, with an additional 10 percent if the recruited women. About this additional 10 percent there will be another 10 percent if the contracts are made in micro-residual 25 percent if companies are in rural areas. The second program concerns the conversion of temporary contracts into permanent contracts, with incentives of between 2,000 and 3,000 euros.
Through the third program is encouraged by Euro 1800 interim contracts to replace workers on leave for family care and, between 2520 and 5040 euros, to companies that make temporary contracts lasting a minimum of six months to unemployed persons part of any group at risk of social exclusion.
Training activities
Moreover, the regional government will invest more than 4 million euros in the development of training activities aimed, in priority to workers engaged in search of his "recycling" work.
Specifically, the Department of Welfare and Traballo of anticipated that over 4,000 people will benefit from this order which manages about one hundred organizations across Galicia-firms or groups of companies and public-law corporations.
In this regard, the Council of the Xunta today gave the green light to advance payments of this order into account more than 10 percent of the amount of the subsidy at the time of its concession.
The order, which the regional government co-financed with European Social Fund, aims to regulate training programs aimed at "retraining" of workers in sectors "strategic" in Galicia, such as textiles, food, wood, construction, metal , agriculture, fisheries, or those affected by crisis.COOPERATIVISMO
Similarly, the president of the Xunta today reported the approval of the order of support for the promotion of cooperatives and business associations, which counted for 2010 with a budget of 614 231 euros, 15,000 more than last year.
Among the novelties of this line of grants, Feijoo highlight the possibility that recipients will haveto request an advance up to 80 percent of the total bill for the subsidy.
